Sara was great! It was truly a great experience finding and buying a house with her. We started looking for homes right before Covid 19 quarantine was in place. And she was so helpful with any questions we had. We were first time buyers and didn't know anything about buying a house and she basically took us under her wing and showed us what to look for when buying a house. She asked us questions, got to know us and then found houses for us that she thought we would love. She emailed us updated listings so we can preview the homes, and then once we found a few we liked she set up everything with the seller to ensure they were following the proper protocols so we could safely view the home. She loves to negotiate and will battle to get you a great price on the house. And it doesn't stop there, she is very knowledgeable on home repairs so she knows exactly what it will cost to fix almost anything in the home and will negotiate to with the seller to fix the issues or pay for the repairs. She could tell us right away if something was worth fixing, or if we should keep looking. She is not a check the box type of person she does everything 100% and she doesn't give up until she is happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy a home. We had other realtors helping us find a home but it was difficult to get a hold of them and we could tell they were busy when speaking with them. For the first few weeks working with Sara I literally thought we were her only client, because we would talk just about every day with updates on homes. Finding the home is just a small part of the Battle, getting the offer accepted and the loan approved is a big part of the home buying process that I didn't think of before. Sara gave us options on lenders and was ok with us having our own lender. She let us know which documents we would need to get approved ahead of time so by the time the lender/bank asked for them we already had them ready to send which expedited the whole process. She was constantly calling the lender to make sure they were pushing to get our paperwork approved ASAP. She truly went above and beyond and did more than could have ever expected from a realtor.
